We Are Digital Vision Ltd ("Digital Vision") operates ContestBee as a Wix App Market application. Based in Wales, United Kingdom. Contact: info@wearedigitalvision.com.
2.What Data We Process
ContestBee processes:
- Contest configuration and rules you set up
- Entry data submitted by your site visitors (as configured by you — e.g. name, email, and any custom entry fields)
- Entry timestamps and any voting/scoring data
- Your Wix account user ID
The personal data of contest entrants is collected and stored in your Wix site's CMS. You are the data controller for your entrants' personal information.
3.How We Use Your Data
Data is used to: (a) run your contest and collect entries; (b) enable winner selection; (c) display leaderboards or voting results (if configured); (d) improve ContestBee. We do not use entrant data for our own marketing.
4.Your Entrants' Data
As site owner, you are the data controller for personal information collected from contest entrants. You must: (a) inform entrants how their data will be used; (b) obtain required consents; (c) comply with GDPR access and deletion requests from entrants; (d) only retain entrant data for as long as necessary.
5.Legal Basis (GDPR)
We process your configuration data on the basis of contractual necessity. Entrant personal data is processed on your behalf, for which you are the data controller.
6.Data Storage & Retention
All contest and entry data is stored in your Wix site's CMS. Digital Vision does not independently retain entrant data beyond the Wix platform.
7.Third-Party Services
ContestBee runs on the Wix platform (see Wix Privacy Policy).
8.Your Rights

9.Changes to This Policy
Updates reflected in a revised effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
