We Are Digital Vision Ltd ("Digital Vision") operates CreatorHub as a Wix App Market application. Based in Wales, United Kingdom. Contact: info@wearedigitalvision.com.
2.What Data We Process
CreatorHub processes:
- Wix member IDs and membership tier assignments
- Content access logs (which gated content was accessed, when)
- Membership configuration you set up (tier names, pricing, included content)
- Your Wix account user ID
Billing and payment data is handled exclusively by Wix Payments and is never processed by Digital Vision. We do not access or store financial data.
3.How We Use Your Data
Data is used to: (a) gate content based on membership tier; (b) track access for reporting; (c) manage member permissions. We do not use member data for advertising or share it with third parties.
4.Your Members' Data
You are the data controller for your site members' personal information. You must ensure your Wix site's privacy policy accurately describes how membership data is collected and used. Members' rights requests (access, erasure) must be handled by you as data controller.
5.Legal Basis (GDPR)
We process configuration and access data on the basis of contractual necessity (to deliver content gating) and legitimate interests (to maintain the app).
6.Data Storage & Retention
Member tier assignments and access logs are stored in your Wix site's database. Data is retained for as long as the app is installed. You can manage and export this data via your Wix dashboard.
7.Third-Party Services
CreatorHub runs on Wix (see Wix Privacy Policy). Payments are processed by Wix Payments under their own terms.
8.Your Rights

9.Changes to This Policy
Updates reflected in a revised effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
