By installing or using DeepFrame you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install the app.
2.The Service
DeepFrame provides a WebGL hero widget and a dashboard guide for Wix sites, as described in its Wix App Market listing. The widget renders a 3D scene behind your heading, subheading and call-to-action, which remain real HTML.
3.Subscription & Billing
DeepFrame includes a 30-day free trial. After the trial, continued use requires an active paid subscription. Billing is handled entirely by Wix through their standard billing system; Digital Vision does not process or store payment details. Pricing is shown on the App Market listing before purchase.
4.Acceptable Use
You may use DeepFrame on any site you own or are authorised to manage. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or reverse-engineer the app, and you may not use it for any unlawful purpose.
5.Intellectual Property
DeepFrame — including its scenes, code, and visual assets — is the property of Digital Vision. The content you enter (headings, subheadings, and calls-to-action) remains yours.
6.Disclaimer Of Warranties
DeepFrame is provided "as is". Digital Vision makes no warranty that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it will perform identically on every browser or device. WebGL support varies by device; a readable fallback is provided for environments without 3D support.
7.Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Digital Vision is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of DeepFrame.
8.Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
