1.Acceptance
By installing QuizForge, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These form a binding agreement with We Are Digital Vision Ltd ("Digital Vision").
2.Service Description
QuizForge lets you create, publish, and manage quizzes on your Wix site. Visitors can take quizzes and receive results; you can review aggregated responses in your dashboard. AI-assisted question generation is available as an optional feature.
3.Your Content
You are responsible for all quiz content you create. You warrant that your content: (a) does not infringe third-party intellectual property rights; (b) is accurate and not misleading; (c) complies with applicable laws. Digital Vision is not responsible for quiz content created by site owners.
4.Visitor Data Compliance
As data controller for your visitors' responses, you must comply with all applicable data protection laws (including GDPR). You are responsible for providing appropriate privacy notices to quiz participants and obtaining any required consents.
5.AI-Generated Content
AI-generated question suggestions are provided as a tool to assist content creation. You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before publishing. Digital Vision makes no warranty as to the accuracy or appropriateness of AI suggestions.
6.Acceptable Use
You may not use QuizForge to collect sensitive data categories (health, financial, religious, political) from visitors without their explicit consent and a compliant privacy notice.
7.Intellectual Property
QuizForge and its code belong to Digital Vision. Your quiz content belongs to you. AI-generated suggestions are provided without IP warranty.
8.Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is". Digital Vision's aggregate liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
9.Governing Law
Governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of English and Welsh courts.
