1.Our commitment
We want everyone to be able to use wearedigitalvision.com. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. This is not a legal requirement for a private company, but it is the standard we hold ourselves to.
2.What we have done
- The homepage looks like a desktop. Every menu item, folder and window button can be reached with the Tab key and opened with Enter or Space. Escape closes open windows, and focus returns to where you were.
- There is a "Skip to main content" link, and keyboard focus is always visible.
- If your device is set to reduce motion, animation is switched off or frozen.
- Text colours have been checked for contrast against their backgrounds.
- The homepage still shows readable content if JavaScript is off.
3.Known limitations
- Windows on the homepage can be dragged with a mouse, but they cannot be moved with a keyboard. Everything inside them can still be read and used.
- The homepage's retro styling uses small pixel-style text in places. You can enlarge the page with your browser zoom.
- We have tested the homepage and our legal pages most thoroughly. Other pages, including blog posts, have had less checking, so we may find issues there.
4.Feedback and contact
If you find something you cannot use, or need content in another format, email info@wearedigitalvision.com. Tell us the page and what went wrong. We aim to reply within five working days.
5.Enforcement
If you are not happy with our reply, you can contact the Equality Advisory and Support Service (EASS) at equalityadvisoryservice.com.
6.About this statement
This statement was written on 29 October 2026 after our own testing of the homepage. It is not based on an independent audit.
