Effective: 29 October 2026 Version 1.0 We Are Digital Vision Ltd, Wales, UK

1.Who we are

This notice covers the website wearedigitalvision.com. It is run by We Are Digital Vision Ltd (company no. 08102423, registered in England and Wales; registered office Mutfords, Hare Street, Buntingford, England, SG9 0ED), a small studio in Wales run by Pete Griffin. We are the controller of the personal data described here.

Contact: info@wearedigitalvision.com. Our apps have their own privacy policies, listed in the Legal Hub.

2.What we collect and why

Contact form. If you use the message form we collect your name, email address, what you need help with, and your message. We use it only to reply to you and to talk about possible work. Our legal basis is legitimate interests (answering people who contact us) and, where you want us to do work for you, taking steps at your request before a contract.

Email. If you email us we keep the email and our reply for the same purposes.

Booking a call. The booking buttons open a Google Calendar appointment page in a new tab. The details you enter there are handled by Google and by us as the calendar owner, to arrange the call.

Server logs. Our website host records basic technical data when a page is requested, such as IP address, browser type and the page asked for. It is used to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not use it to identify or profile visitors.

3.Who handles your data

Some of these providers are based outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred abroad, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer under UK data protection law. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Links to other sites, such as the Wix App Market or apps built on Base44, lead to services with their own privacy policies.

4.Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. It has no analytics, no advertising or tracking scripts and no social media widgets. Fonts are served from our own site, not from Google. Because of this, we do not show a cookie banner.

5.How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails and contact form messages for up to two years after our last conversation, then delete them. If we work together, we keep project and invoicing records for as long as the law requires, which is six years for accounting records.

6.Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or stop using it where we rely on legitimate interests. You can also ask us to send it to you in a portable format. To do any of this, email info@wearedigitalvision.com. We will reply within one month.

7.Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint.

8.Changes to this notice

If how we handle data changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
