1.Acceptance
By installing or using SurfacedGEO (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App. These terms form a binding agreement between you and We Are Digital Vision Ltd ("Digital Vision").
2.Service Description
SurfacedGEO audits your Wix site's visibility in AI-powered search engines and language models. It analyses your site's publicly accessible content and reports on how AI systems reference your business. The app is currently available in free beta.
3.Eligibility
You must have a valid Wix account and the legal capacity to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction to use this App.
4.Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the App for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code; (c) use the App to audit competitors' sites in ways that violate their terms of service; (d) circumvent any usage limits.
5.Accuracy of Results
Audit results are indicative only, based on data available at the time of query. AI model behaviour changes frequently and without notice. Digital Vision cannot guarantee that results reflect current or future AI model outputs. Results should be used as directional guidance, not relied upon as definitive assessments.
6.Beta Terms
SurfacedGEO is in free beta until July 2026. During this period, features may change, be removed, or be limited without notice. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans at the conclusion of the beta period with reasonable notice.
7.Intellectual Property
All intellectual property in the App belongs to Digital Vision. Your site content remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to process your publicly accessible site content as necessary to deliver the App's functionality.
8.Limitation of Liability
The App is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Vision's aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for business decisions made on the basis of audit results.
9.Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
